When I first started here, I had no experience, no support, and no understanding of what I was doing. I jumped headfirst into an opportunity that I thought would change my life. It has, but certainly not in the ways that I expected it to. I anticipated so many things for myself, but I found that I was being beaten down by crippling mental health symptoms that were becoming harder and harder for me to ignore. I’ve spent the last decade of my life treading water, it seems. But what I found was that my sense of purpose and my sense of belonging were still missing from my life.

Early in 2025, I began to work on my brand and my community, fostering relationships with women (and some men!) from all over the world who experienced the things that I have experienced, who are either still feeling stuck in their situations or who have found their way out. What I noticed amongst all of us was that we desired a sense of purpose, a reason to go from one day to the next. For some people, their children or families are their purpose. For others, it’s religion or spirituality. When faced with deafening mental health symptoms, though, finding that purpose can be extremely difficult, if not impossible.

With this opportunity, I found my purpose. I have been able to fuel my fire, my desires; I’ve been able to expand upon my dreams knowing full well that they are infinitely achievable with this opportunity. My only limit is myself. With this opportunity, I found my community. I no longer feel isolated from the world, separated from anyone whose values and beliefs might mirror mine, wandering alone. My community is constantly growing and expanding.
