In 2019, you could find me working in the hospitality industry, unfulfilled, unempowered, unnourished. My days were spent doing the mundane, the same thing from one to the next — going through the motions. I was miserable. Then I found this girl on Instagram who talked about this water machine that she bought to help nurture some digestive and menstrual issues that she was facing — issues that I was facing, too. So, I spent some time researching and learning more before investing in my own water machine. It was then that I learned of the business opportunity attached to this machine.

I spent money that I didn’t have on a trip to Hawai’i to dance barefoot in the grass with 200 strangers who simultaneously felt like sisters: a week engulfed in breathwork, purposeful connection, growth and learning opportunities, and unbelievable expansion. This felt like the catalyst I’d been waiting on for years.

But I didn’t commit to the business.
